A procura por condom\u00ednios vem aumentando nos \u00faltimos anos, como revela outro levantamento realizado pela Datastore, empresa especializada em pesquisas de demanda no setor imobili\u00e1rio: 28,08% das fam\u00edlias brasileiras com renda superior a 1,5 mil\/m\u00eas, at\u00e9 as altas rendas, t\u00eam a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de comprar im\u00f3veis nos pr\u00f3ximos 24 meses. Isso corresponde a mais de 14,25 milh\u00f5es de fam\u00edlias, o quinto recorde sucessivo de maior demanda do s\u00e9culo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E a procura por terrenos em condom\u00ednios e loteamentos vem crescendo. De acordo com a <a href=\"https:\/\/brain.srv.br\/\">Brain Intelig\u00eancia Estrat\u00e9gica<\/a>, em parceria com a <a href=\"https:\/\/cbic.org.br\/\">C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (CBIC)<\/a>, 40% dos brasileiros pretendem construir ou adquirir uma casa nova neste ano. A pesquisa, realizada em n\u00edvel nacional, \u00e9 considerada um term\u00f4metro no segmento imobili\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De olho nesta tend\u00eancia e disponibilizar financiamentos flex\u00edveis, incluindo o terreno e o im\u00f3vel, e tecnologias de engenharia para garantir a entrega das obras no menor tempo poss\u00edvel, a <a href=\"https:\/\/cipasa.com\/\">Cipasa Urbanismo<\/a> fechou parceria com a TecHome, unidade de neg\u00f3cio da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecverde.com.br\/\">Tecverde<\/a> e a fintech Homelend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de agilizar e flexibilizar financiamentos, a TecHome tamb\u00e9m vai prestar assist\u00eancia aos compradores durante todo o processo, gerenciando a obra e quaisquer quest\u00f5es burocr\u00e1ticas do Alvar\u00e1 de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o Habite-se.
